Thursday 5th September 7-9 pm
What: A dinner and evening shared by Trust partners (representatives from each community group that uses the Chapel), Trust Board members, Elders and staff.
Purpose:
- To build connections with, and between, partners
- Formal introduction of Rochelle – Trust Operations Manager – in her role
- Share information – future trust planning, Block Party involvement and more
Helpers Still Needed:
- Setup Support – 2 people to help set up tables, chairs an ½ hour before the event
- Hosting – 3 people to take food to the serving tables, serve tea / coffee, load up dishwasher etc
